subject: Questions
Hello,
I am a person who desires to ask you a few questions on Twilight. I am not a fan of the series and don't care to read or watch them as I don't like to read books. Nonetheless, I desire to ask you these questions:
1) Should Twilight be banned from schools?
2) Should Twilight be illegal and have its books burned?
3) Should Stephenie Meyer be arrested for her alleged mistake or crime?
4) Are Twilight fans "stupid"? Are Twlight haters "smart"?
5) What if, by some bizarre situation, that the perceived values and messages in the Twilight books are "correct"?
6) Suppose a book came out starring a character who was so enraged by Bella and Edward that he/she goes into their residence and explains everything he/she feels is wrong between the couple and throws some accusations. After a verbal discussion, a fight happens and both Bella and Edward are killed through self-defense by this critic. The critic gets arrested and is tried in court. Depending on the verdict, how would a) you and b) the audience react if:
i) The critic was acquitted.
ii) The critic was convicted of manslaughter.
iii) The critic was convicted of murder.
iv) The critic was convicted of murder, sentenced to death, and executed.
and finally,
7) What think ye of Christ?
Thanks for reading, and I look forward to your answers.

subject: Re: Questions
I would be happy to answer these questions. May I ask why you want a response if you are not interested in the subject? It's just that so many people start out their emails by saying something like that. I'm not sure what people are trying to prove by not admitting they have an obvious interest in this topic.
1) Should Twilight be banned from schools? 2) Should it be illegal and have the books burned?
Absolutely NOT. The 'values' they supposedly 'teach' to kids are irrelevant because of how shallow the characters were written. Most people 'inserted' their own values into the shallow storyline, as well. So, generally speaking, it does NOT AFFECT most preconceived values that were already established in people's minds.
I am going to guess that you judged my blog/article without doing much reading. The subject matter pertains to the AFFECT the obvious & infamous over-obsessions of these books have had on the various fanbases; along with all the hate, division and misogyny (worldwide bullying via tabloid dramas among other things) it has inspired in Humanity TOWARD YOUNG GIRLS around the world.
3) Should SM be arrested for her PROVEN & RARE 'professionally-published' literary mistakes?
I think the time for Stephenie Meyer to be judged has come and gone. She has been judged over and over again (scroll down to the side links); and she has chosen to ignore the valid literary judgement of her books as a 'failure'. The very fact that she 'accidentally-inspired' the incredibly-harmful and HARDCORE book, '50 Shades of Grey' via Twilight is 'proof' enough of her AND her publisher AND production franchises mistakes. They all owe the world an apology - again, read the blog for detailed info about these things and how they happened...
4) Are Twilight fans 'stupid' and Twilight haters 'smart'?
Neither - Twilight haters are simply people who can see clearly through Stephenie Meyer's silly sexual fantasy that is glaring throughout this book and are rightly insulted and offended by it. That does not make them 'smarter'; that makes them more informed about 'real-make-believe vampires' before Steph's dream ever sparkled in her head.
The Twilight Saga IS a 'beautiful fairytale' IF you do not know much about vampires previous to Twilight; or you are not interested in their lore.
5) What if, by some bizarre situation, that the perceived values and messages in the Twilight books are "correct"?
Again, they may very well 'be correct' from the perspective of non-vampire fans because of the UNUSUAL way they developed. Fans essentially 'live in' the story as opposed to 'going along for the ride' like most normal obsessions occur. The point is... Stephenie Meyer CAUSED an over abundance of HATE over her series that prompted (and still prompts) the entire world to bully young girls who are still obsessed about this series and/or the lead actors who play their favorite characters in the movies.
It looks to me like these questions are all together and are directed at me... If you are someone who hates me now because *I* am telling the truth about The Twilight Saga and exposing it for what it really is; that is your problem, not mine. Stephenie Meyer did all this, not me. Again, read the blog and become informed - or continue to judge. That is your prerogative.
7) What think ye of Christ?
I am not sure how this questions applies to the subject, but for whatever it is worth... I think Jesus Christ is very misunderstood among the peoples of the world because of manipulation by men in power. I do have a couple of articles that deal with fanatical religious beliefs on my other blog specifically for teenagers if you are that interested.
